June 15th 2011 – Lake of Menteith
First really good day of mayfly fishing at Menteith. The hatch is now going from strength to strength.

A try for a springer… and I did catch one – right below the Dyke, which now has a large breach in it. No photos of the fish, as I was up to my Jacobs at the time.
Uist 2010
Our first trip to South Uist for salmon and sea trout, end of August. Eighteen of us, 7 lochs to try, plus some brownie fishing.
