Last day of the season on the Big Loch. Seventeen degrees, leaving Edinburgh at 7 a.m. Cracking day – we had the usual end of season drum-up on Inchlonaig – wild boar & Stornoway black pudding burgers with mushies and ingins… and a dram or three… We retired to the Oak Tree at Balmaha –…
A day with Colin McCrory on the 7th, and an end-of-season do on the 27th… when my trusty old Evinrude broke-down and we needed a tow back to Balmaha.
A day with Davy McDowell and a (rather calm) day with Angus MacRitchie.
The second annual lefties v righties competition was abandoned early afternoon when the wind got up and made it unfishable.
A grand end of season bash!
The first annual lefties v righties competition resulted in a narrow 8-7 win for the lefties, Colin and Colin. Not many photos, due to it raining all day.
